By using the Modernized services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Modernized reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice, and your continued use of Modernized constitutes your consent to such changes.

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Modernized Services, whether or not you become a registered user (“User”, “Client”, “You”, “Yourself”, “Your”), You agree to be bound by these Terms, which You acknowledge that You have read and understood.

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these Terms at any time. You must review these Terms at https://www.modernizeddigital.com/terms-conditions/ on a regular basis to keep Yourself informed of any changes.


Personal Data

Scaling Mindset Inc (DBA, “Modernized”) can not and does not make any guarantees about your ability to get results or earn any money with our ideas, information, tools, or strategies. What we can guarantee is your satisfaction with our products. We give you a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee on all non-subscription products we sell, so if you are not happy for any reason with the quality of our products, just ask for your money back. You should know that all products and services by our company are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this page, any of our websites, or any of our content or curriculum is a promise or guarantee of results or future earnings, and we do not offer any legal, medical, tax or other professional advice. Any financial numbers referenced here, or on any of our sites, are illustrative of concepts only and should not be considered average earnings, exact earnings, or promises for actual or future performance. Use caution and always consult your accountant, lawyer or professional advisor before acting on this or any information related to a lifestyle change or your business or finances. You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results in life, and by your registration here you agree not to attempt to hold us liable for your decisions, actions or results, at any time, under any circumstance.

Billing Address

Billing address must be the same as the shipping address. Due to credit card procedures, we cannot ship to a different address than we bill to.

3. Returns and Cancellations

3.1 Physical Returns, Non-Subscription Products & Shipping

Returns & Non-Subscription Cancellations

  • 100% money back guarantee covers the price of the product only. 100% money back guarantee does not cover shipping and handling fee due to the fact that the customer made the decision to try the product, therefore the customer accepts to pay the fee to ship the product.
  • Customers must contact our support department for a RMA (Return Authorization Number). This number must be displayed on the outside of all return packages. Returned packages without RMA numbers will not be accepted.
  • Once a return is received or a valid refund request submitted, the refund process will take no more than 30 days. All refunds will be either returned to the original credit card –OR- mailed in check form to the billing name and address. International orders that will be refunded back to the original credit card, and PayPal orders will be credited back to the PayPal account.
  • You have THIRTY (30) Days from the date of the original purchase to return the product to receive your refund. Any return received after the THIRTY (30) DAY time limit will not be processed.
  • Shipping of the product from Modernized to your door will not be refunded. Shipping of the product to the Modernized Refund Department will not be compensated.
  • To ensure that your product is not lost or damaged, we strongly recommend sending the product certified mail with a tracking number. If we do not receive the product back and the customer does not have proof that the product was returned we cannot issue a refund.
  • Valid proof of returning a product includes: delivery confirmation or signature required via USPS. If the customer has delivery confirmation or signature required, then a full refund will be issued.
  • Due to loss or missing or slow mail, we will honor any package that is postmarked for up to one year after the purchase of the product.

3.2 Subscriptions, Trials and Digital Products

Free Trials:

Your Modernized subscription may start with a free trial. The free trial period of your subscription lasts for one month, or as otherwise specified during sign-up and is intended to allow new and certain former members to try the service.

Free trial eligibility:

Eligibility is determined by Modernized at its sole discretion and we may limit eligibility or duration to prevent free trial abuse. We reserve the right to revoke the free trial and put your account on hold in the event that we determine that you are not eligible. Members of households with an existing or recent Modernized subscription are not eligible. We may use information such as device ID, method of payment or an account email address used with an existing or recent Modernized subscription to determine eligibility. For combinations with other offers, restrictions may apply.

Trial Billing: 

We will charge your Payment Method for your monthly subscription fee at the end of the free trial period and your subscription will automatically renew monthly unless you cancel your subscription prior to the end of the free trial period.

Billing Cycle:

The subscription fee for the Modernized service and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged on a monthly basis to your Payment Method on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of the paying portion of your subscription until your subscription is canceled. Subscription fees are fully earned upon payment. In some cases your payment date may change, for example if your Payment Method has not successfully settled or if your paid subscription began on a day not contained in a given month. We may authorize your Payment Method in anticipation of subscription or service-related charges through various methods, including authorizing it up to approximately one month of service as soon as you register. In some instances, your available balance or credit limit may be reduced to reflect the authorization during your free trial period.



You can cancel your Modernized subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Modernized service through the end of your monthly billing period. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods. 

  • Excessive returns will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given to any one customer for one specific product more than twice. There is an unlimited amount of orders that a customer can place for one specific product, but the money back guarantee is void after a customer has used it for one specific product more than twice.
  • Shipping of the product from Modernized to your door will not be refunded. Shipping of the product to the Modernized Refund Department will not be compensated.
  • To ensure that your product is not lost or damaged, we strongly recommend sending the product certified mail with a tracking number. If we do not receive the product back and the customer does not have proof that the product was returned we cannot issue a refund.

4. Terms of Subscription Renewal


Trial members will receive a notice from us that your trial period is ending or that the paying portion of your subscription has begun. We will continue to bill your Payment Method on a monthly basis for your subscription fee until you cancel. To cancel your subscription submit a ticket at support@modernizeddigital.com.


Monthly Modernized Subscriptions automatically renew each month at the stated retail price until the subscription buyer notifies the company that they wish to cancel. Please refer to the Cancellations section of this page.


Yearly Modernized Subscribers will be notified via email prior to renewal and the yearly subscription will automatically renew each year at the stated retail price until the subscription buyer notifies the company that they wish to cancel. Please refer to the Cancellations section of this page.

6. Modernized Non-Live Trainings and Courses

You have THIRTY (30) Days from the date of the original purchase to review the training and preview the course. Any refund requests after the THIRTY (30) DAY time limit will not be processed.

No refunds will be processed after the final exam has been started.

7. Modernized Member Discount Policy

From time to time, on some Modernized products, we will offer our Modernized members the opportunity to purchase additional products and services at a discount rate. To be eligible for this discount, the customer must be a member in good standing at the time of purchase. No rebates or partial refunds will be offered if a customer purchases a training, and then becomes a Modernized member, because these discounts are intended to be a benefit for active members, and not an enticement for new members.


In the event that a Modernized member purchases an item that was eligible for a discount, if the Modernized member notifies our Customer Care department within 30 days of the purchase, a partial refund for the discounted amount will be offered. If the available discount is not reported within 30 days, a credit for additional purchases will be offered, but note that no refunds or credits will be offered after 12 months from the date of purchase.

8. Live Events

The events, information, and speakers listed on our Sites are subject to change without notification.

You have SIXTY (60) Days prior to the event to request a 50% refund of your ticket price or seat deposit. Any refund requests within THIRTY (30) DAYS of the event will not be processed. Any unused tickets will be forfeited and are not transferable to another event.


8.1 Ticket Transfers

Ticket transfers will not be processed THIRTY (30) Days prior to the event.

A $50 transfer fee will be applied to all ticket transfers.

8.2 Process for Guest Tickets Transfers

Once a Ticket purchase is confirmed, the Ticket Purchaser may only change the assignment of the Guests accompanying him a maximum of 2 times and using the Tickets that he purchased by:

  • Submitting a Guest Ticket Transfer Request: the Ticket Purchaser must submit a transfer request to support@modernizeddigital.com.

8.3 Ticket Resales

If a Ticket Purchaser cannot use all of the Tickets that he has purchased, the Ticket Purchaser will have the opportunity to submit to Modernized a formal request for the resale of the Tickets he no longer wants via the Modernized support team, so that the support team can try to resell the Tickets to another attendee. Unlike the Guest Transfer policy, the Ticket Purchaser will not have to provide a reason for the Ticket Resale request.

There is no guarantee that demand for Tickets will result in the Tickets being resold. If the Ticket Purchaser’s Tickets are not resold, no resale proceeds will be returned to the Ticket Purchaser.

9. Live Streams

  • Refunds will only be provided in situations where the customer is unable to watch the Livestream due to technical issues.
  • Refunds will only be considered and processed on the first day of each respective event.



Modernized is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or redemption to be received by Modernized on account of technical problems or traffic congestion online or on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to customer’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from downloading or streaming any materials consistent with this agreement or subsequent use of any Modernized owned web properties. If, for any reason, the stream is not capable of running online as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Modernized which threatens or corrupts or adversely affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of a live stream offer, Modernized, reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or suspend the offer and/or any subscription. ANY ATTEMPT BY YOU TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS OFFER MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, Modernized WILL DISQUALIFY YOUR ATTEMPTED REDEMPTION AND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM YOU TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. Your Account

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you register with, and as you use, the Modernized Services, and you agree to update your account information to keep it accurate and complete. You agree that Modernized may store and use the information you provide for use in maintaining and billing fees to your Account.

10.1 Access to Previous Purchases

As an accommodation to you, subsequent to acquiring Modernized training, you may download previously acquired training (when available) onto any Associated Device. Some Modernized products or services that you previously acquired may not be available for subsequent download or access at any given time, and Modernized shall have no liability to you in such event. As you may not be able to subsequently download certain previously-acquired content or training, once you download an item, it is your responsibility not to lose, destroy, or damage it, and you may want to back it up.

Modernized reserves the right to change content options (including eligibility for particular features) or remove access without notice to any previously purchased training or content that is no longer valid or deemed out of date.

11. Social Media Groups and Communities

People of all levels are welcome here. We have community members of all skill and experience levels, from college students to entrepreneurs to multi-million dollar enterprises.

We want people to feel safe when using our groups and forums. For that reason, we’ve developed a set of community guidelines, outlined below. These policies will help you understand what type of sharing is allowed in our private groups and communities, and what type of content may be reported to us and removed. Because of the diversity of our global community, please keep in mind that something that may be disagreeable or disturbing to you may not violate our community guidelines.

  • People of all levels are welcome here.
    We have members of all skill and experience levels, from college students to entrepreneurs to multi-million dollar enterprises.
  • Keep it respectful
    Comments that are inappropriately negative, rude, or attacking will be deleted, removed, or we will ask you to revise your thoughts. Everyone is here to learn and grow, so anything violating that will be removed.
  • No pitching to the group
    We have a strict ‘no shopping for customers’ policy in our groups. This includes pointing people to blog posts with your offers/affiliate offers and publicly asking members to join your own Facebook groups or communities. Be cautious of unsolicited private messages to group members. If we get multiple complaints that you or someone else is using private messages to make unsolicited pitches to members, you may be asked to leave. You should view the group as your peers, not your leads.
  • No gated content
    Content posted in the groups cannot be used to harvest leads in any way. If you need feedback or a review, post the direct PDF, document, or screenshot. Don’t require people to opt-in to view.
  • Respect confidentiality
    Content gathered in our online community groups cannot be collected, repackaged, and/or shared outside the group. Every member of our communities has a right to privacy and the right to feel safe that their questions, answers, and experiences remain privy to group members only.
  • Keep it on topic
    We reserve the right to remove posts based on off-topic content or offensive content.
  • Partnering with other members
    Access to this group does not mean that Modernized endorses anyone’s products or services. Please be cautious and do your due diligence when partnering with anyone in the group – don’t assume everyone is trustworthy. If you are looking for help implementing the stuff that Modernized teaches.
  • Report posts that are breaking group policies
    Due to the large number of people in our groups and communities, it’s sometimes difficult for us to catch everything. If you see a post that is questionable, please report it, tag our community manager in the comments, or reach out to our community manager directly via private message so our team can review them.

Breaking the rules
Three warnings for rule-breaking behavior will result in a 7-day removal from the group. After the 7 day period, you are welcome to rejoin the group on a 30-day probation. If you break the rules again during your probation, you will be permanently removed from the community or group.


You agree that the Modernized, including but not limited to Modernized Products and services, graphics, user interface, audio clips, video clips, editorial content, templates and the scripts and software used to implement Modernized Services, contains proprietary information and material that is owned by Modernized and/or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright. You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for use of the Modernized Services in compliance with this Agreement. No portion of the Modernized Services may be reproduced in any form or by any means, without expressed written permission from Modernized. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Modernized Services in any manner, and you shall not exploit the Modernized brand in any unauthorized way whatsoever, including, but not limited to, by trespass or burdening network capacity.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Modernized and its licensors reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to any Modernized products, content, or other materials comprising a part of the Modernized brand at any time without notice. In no event will Modernized be liable for making these changes. Modernized may also impose limits on the use of or access to certain features or portions of Modernized services, in any case and without notice or liability.

All copyrights in and to Modernized (including the compilation of content, postings, links to other Internet resources, and descriptions of those resources) and related software are owned by Modernized and/or its licensors, who reserve all their rights in law and equity. THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR ANY PART OF Modernized, EXCEPT FOR USE OF Modernized AS PERMITTED IN THIS AGREEMENT, IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND INFRINGES ON THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF OTHERS AND MAY SUBJECT YOU TO CIVIL AND CRIMINAL PENALTIES, INCLUDING POSSIBLE MONETARY DAMAGES, FOR COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT.

Modernized, the Modernized logo, other Modernized trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with Modernized are trademarks or registered trademarks of Modernized in the U.S. and/or other countries. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with Modernized Services may be the trademarks of their respective owners. You are granted no right or license with respect to any of the aforesaid trademarks and any use of such trademarks.

Personal Checks

  • Checks are not accepted for Subscriptions.
  • All checks are held for 10 business days. Orders placed with a check will be held for 10 business days. Once 10 business days are complete, the order will be released and shipped.
  • All returned checks will be charged a $25 USD return check fee.
  • Counter checks will not be accepted.
  • Checks and money orders must be sent in US funds.

Modernized Digital Services

1. Description of Services

Modernized will provide an ongoing set of online services, including website design, copy and editorial development, search engine optimization, and website updates as described on the signup page for each specific service.

2 Limitation of Scope

Modernized will not be responsible for work that is beyond the scope of services set forth in the subscription plan in effect at the time Client initiates the service. Any changes to the scope of services will not be effective unless approved by both parties.

3 Management Responsibility

Modernized will provide certain tools, methods, and resources to Client that are intended to help Client grow and build its business. However, Client is fully and exclusively responsible for its own business performance and Client satisfaction. In addition, Client has full and exclusive responsibility for understanding and ensuring compliance with any regulatory, legal, or contractual obligations related to Client’s business, including without limitation, data held by Client and its Clients, information provided by Client to Clients and/or other third parties and any safeguarding and security measures that may be required. Modernized may participate in implementing needed systems services and functions, but Client is solely responsible for the final outcomes, actions taken, and results produced.

4 Payment For Services

For Websites: 

Client will be charged their Website Build Fee according to the payment terms in their quote; they will be charged their Support and/or Platform Fee starting immediately and recurring every thirty (30) days thereafter.

For All Other Services:

Please refer to the Billing Cycle section of this page for more information.

Some services have a one-time Setup Fee which will be charged upon signup (on the initial Billing Cycle Date).

Invoices will be generated for every charge, and payment will be made by Client via automated credit card transactions. Modernized reserves the right to discontinue all services if past due balances are left unpaid for 10 weeks or more and to collect late-payment charges of 1.5% per month on those balances.

5 Copyright

All content produced by Modernized in accordance with Client’s website subscription — including copywriting, graphic design, and WordPress code — is copyrighted by Modernized and shall remain the exclusive property of Modernized until Client has paid in full for their Website Build Fee.

After the Client has paid in full for their Website Build Fee, they may take possession of all content at any time — including copywriting, graphic design, and WordPress code — to be used indefinitely by Client for their company website and/or other marketing collateral without infringement on Modernzied’s copyrights.

Modernized provides three options for sending copyrighted website material to Client upon request: content export, full website backup file, full website backup file with managed migration.

6. Client Account

For the duration of the subscription to Modernized services, Client agrees not to take any action that would expose Modernized or other Modernized clients to any undue risk, including but not limited to uploading malware or other malicious code, or attempting to disrupt, disable, or impair Modernized services or products. Each Client will have access to a Client Company account wherein individual Client user accounts can be created. Each Client user is solely responsible for the confidentiality, security, and management of their own user account and agrees to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under the account, including but not limited to communications sent or received, services subscribed to, or payments made. If any unauthorized personnel gains access to a Client user account, the authorized user or a Client Company representative will notify Modernized as soon as practicably possible upon learning of said access. Each Client user will take reasonable steps to ensure the security of their user account, including maintaining confidentiality of their user account password.

7. Link

Customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that Modernized shall have the right to use the name of Client, including the Client Web Site, for reference as a customer of Modernized Services for referral and marketing purposes.

8. Term/Termination

Except for reasons of non-performance by either party, this Agreement shall remain in effect until formally terminated in writing by either party. Modernized will start Client’s subscription billing in accordance with the payment terms on this page, and any recurring billing shall automatically renew for subsequent one (1) month periods.


Termination of this Agreement and subsequent billing requires a formal written or email notice delivered by Client to Modernized at least thirty (30) days prior to the desired date of termination. Repeated failures by Client to make payment by billing due dates gives Modernized the option to immediately terminate this Agreement.

Upon the termination or expiration of this Agreement for non-payment or non-performance by Client, (i) all licenses granted by Modernized to Client hereunder shall automatically terminate and Client shall immediately cease their use of the licensed content and any marketing collateral provided by Modernized, and (ii) Client’s right to any and all services afforded to them by Modernized shall automatically terminate.

If your website subscription or payment plan has not been paid in full at the time of its termination, Modernized will maintain an archived copy of all content — including copywriting, graphic design, and WordPress code — for three (3) years. All content associated with the canceled website subscription will be permanently deleted after that three (3) year period has ended.

9. Modifications to Services and Pricing

Modernized reserves the right to modify or discontinue, either temporarily or permanently, any part of our services at any time by posting updates to our website. We may redesign certain services because we think they would be better, or we may stop accepting new signups to a service.

Sometimes we change the pricing of our services. We usually exempt existing customers from those changes, but we may choose to change pricing for existing customers in certain situations. If we do, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice via your email address on record.

10. Acceptable Use

As part of the subscription to Modernized Services, Modernized may provide services which are delivered by third parties and billed to Modernized. Modernized reserves the right to monitor the usage of these services, and, in the event that the usage is deemed excessive, to contact the Client to advise of the excessive usage, and to make arrangements to either decrease the usage of the relevant service(s), to bill the Client, in whole or in part, for the services delivered, or to throttle, suspend or terminate the use of the service.

11. Warranty

Modernized shall provide its services and meet its obligations under this Agreement in a timely and professional manner, using knowledge and skills consistent with generally acceptable standards in Modernized industry, and will provide a standard of care based on commercially reasonable efforts. The services and all products provided as part of the services are provided “as is”, and Modernized disclaims, and Client waives, any warranties, express or implied, as to the merchantability, fitness for a particular use or purpose, title, non-infringement, or any other warranty, condition, guaranty or representation related to the services. Modernized does not warrant that the software or any products or services provided hereunder will be uninterrupted or error-free. Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall the Modernized be liable for any direct, incidental, special, or consequential damages or otherwise, including any damages that result from the use of or inability to use the Website. Modernized shall not be responsible for any damages whatsoever that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files, errors, defects, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance.

12. Limitations of Liability

Except to the extent finally determined to have resulted from the gross negligence or intentional misconduct of Modernized, Modernized liability to pay damages for any losses incurred by Client as a result of breach of contract, negligence, or other tort committed by Modernized, regardless of the theory of liability asserted, is limited to no more than the total amount of the most recent three (3) months of base fees paid under this agreement. In any case, Modernized and its licensors will not be liable for lost profits or any consequential, indirect, punitive, exemplary, or special damages. In addition, Modernized shall have no liability to Client arising from or relating to any third-party hardware, software, information or materials. Modernized is also not liable for direct or indirect damages created by viruses, hackers, or other malicious or accidental destruction of systems or data, though Modernized will attempt to prevent or minimize exposure to such risks.

13. Indemnification

Subject to the provisions hereof, Client shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless from and against any and all amounts payable under any judgment, verdict, court order, or settlement for third party claims brought against Modernized and its licensors arising from products or services related to this Agreement. Conversely, Modernized shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless from and against any and all amounts payable under any judgment, verdict, court order, or settlement for third party claims brought against Client arising from the gross negligence or intentional misconduct of Modernized.

14. Governing Law

You agree that these Terms and Conditions shall be treated as though they were executed and performed in the state of South Carolina and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of South Carolina (without regard to conflict of law principles). All legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or any other agreement related to the use of Modernized Services shall be brought solely in South Carolina. Modernized is a DBA of Scaling Mindset Inc.

Modernized Support Services

1. Acceptance of Additional Terms

By using Modernized Support Service, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Modernized reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice, and your continued use of Modernized constitutes your consent to such changes.

2. Limitation of Scope

For websites built by Modernized, all copywriting, design, and development work is included at no extra cost. However, to maintain fair access to our team members across all clients, we limit the number of concurrent Website Projects a client can have in progress at one time. This limit varies depending on the scope of the projects, but we typically start limiting in-progress work when two or three concurrent projects have been started. This is to prevent one extremely large project or several concurrent projects from one client from causing delays for other clients.

Additional Website Project requests will be placed in a queue and started once one of your current projects has been completed. If an additional project is urgent, we can start it immediately by pausing work on one of your other in-progress projects.

For Support clients with websites not built by Modernized, Website Projects come with additional fees, which will be quoted on a per-project basis.

3. Delivery

We always strive to complete Website Projects as quickly as possible, but our turnaround time varies depending on the size and complexity of a project.

Here’s a rough estimate of the time it takes for the initial work to be completed on requests of various sizes:

  • Small – 0–2 business days

These ranges can vary significantly depending on the scope of the request, and requesting revisions after the initial work is completed may extend the time frame by multiple business days.

If you have a specific deadline for a project, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to meet your deadline but cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to do so.

4. Coverage and Response Times

Our support team is available from 9 am – 5 pm EST, M-F to assist with requests. During weekdays, our full support staff is on hand to take care of all types of requests from small edits to large projects. On weekends, we have a smaller team handling urgent requests (e.g., a critical function on your website is broken, your website is down, etc.).

We don’t have official SLAs because response and resolution times can vary depending on the scope and complexity of the request. However, we typically respond to urgent requests in less than one business hour, and we respond to all other requests in less than one business day. Requests requiring specialized skills (such as copywriting, design, development, and marketing) may have slower response times and may take longer to complete (see Timeframe for Completion above).

5. Changing Support Plans

You can switch between Support plans at any time given the following conditions:

  • You cannot downgrade while you have in-progress website projects.
  • You can only downgrade twice in a 12-month period.

To downgrade your support plan, send a written request informing us of the effective date you’d like to downgrade by emailing support@modernizeddigital.com.

6. Exempted Tasks

Our Support services do not include the following:

  • Complete website refresh – This is considered a Website Build and is charged according to the scope of the build.
  • Very large or complex requests – This includes implementing new WooCommerce solutions, developing a jobs board, making custom integrations for third-party tools, or creating a large customized new feature on your website, and may incur additional fees
  • Customized blog articles – If you’d like assistance with writing blog articles, please see our SEO services..
  • Copywriting, design, and development unrelated to your website – This includes creating brochures, eBooks, flyers, event banners, email templates, logos, and creating WordPress plugins, themes, or software applications.

7. Usage of Third-Party Services

As part of our Support subscriptions, we provide access to services that are delivered by third parties and billed to Modernized. We monitor the usage of these tools, and if your usage significantly exceeds the average, we may contact you to arrange to reduce your usage, charge extra fees to maintain your current usage, or suspend or terminate your access to the relevant third-party service.

8. Dedicated Support: Fair Usage Policy

While our support service is designed to be unlimited, we have implemented a monthly cap of 20 hours to ensure that we can deliver exceptional service quality and efficient resource allocation to all our valued customers. 

You are welcome to reach out for assistance as frequently as needed, without any restrictions on the number of inquiries or issues you may raise. However, we ask that you keep the aggregate time spent on issue resolution within the 20-hour monthly cap.

If you have unique circumstances that may occasionally require more than 20 hours of support in specific months, please contact us and we will be happy to work with you to find a tailored solution.

However, clients who consistently require more than 20 hours per month for tasks and projects may be subject to pricing adjustments to maintain fairness and sustainability.
